Breathe Gathering Public Liability Disclaimer

By attending Breathe Gathering, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Responsibility: Attendees understand and acknowledge that participation in Breathe Gathering activities, including but not limited to performances, workshops, and recreational activities, involves inherent risks. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to personal injury, harm, or damage to property that may occur.

2. Release of Liability: Breathe Gathering, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and personnel shall not be held liable for any injury, harm, or damage incurred by attendees while on the festival site, regardless of the cause. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from slips, falls, collisions, equipment malfunction, or acts of nature.

3. Personal Responsibility: Attendees are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being while at Breathe Gathering. It is the responsibility of each individual to exercise caution, adhere to safety guidelines, and act in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others.

4. Waiver of Claims: Attendees hereby waive any and all claims, demands, and causes of action against Breathe Gathering, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and personnel arising from or related to their participation in the festival.

5. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breathe Gathering, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and personnel from any and all liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from or related to their actions or omissions while attending the festival.

6. Legal Immunity: By attending Breathe Gathering, attendees acknowledge that Breathe Gathering and its affiliates are immune from prosecution or legal action arising from any adverse event experienced by attendees while on the festival site.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding: Attendees acknowledge that they have read this disclaimer, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket to Breathe Gathering and/or attending the festival, attendees signify their acceptance of this disclaimer and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
