How to apply

1) Tell us about you

Share your skills, preferred teams, access needs, and availability. Short and friendly form.

2) Confirmation

We’ll match you to a pod and send shift options. You’ll review and accept before anything is final.

3) Onboarding

Briefing pack + Serenity Codex + radio/FOH basics. Optional online Q&A the week prior.

4) Show up & shine

Check in at Crew HQ, meet your pod lead, and start with a short grounding—then into flow.

Non-EU citizens: check your visa conditions for short-term volunteering (no pay). We can’t offer immigration advice.

What do I get as a volunteer?

Entry, crew camping, meals during shifts, training, and a reference on request. Merch discounts where available.

Can I volunteer with a friend?

Yes—note it in your application. We’ll try to pod you together if team needs align.

Accessibility & needs?

Substances & devices?

No substances while on duty. Be phone-light in care spaces; respect no-record zones and consent.
